1) About these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Golden Soul Alchemy’s services, including core sessions, premium sessions, and integration add-ons. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

 

2) Services offered

Core Session: 90 minutes, $222. Scheduled during business hours 9:00–15:00 CDT, with a preferred session window of 11:00–14:00 CDT. A 30-minute buffer is included to ensure closure.

Premium sessions (subject to availability and approval): After-hours (weeknights) $277 for 90 minutes; Weekend sessions $333 for 90 minutes.

Integration add-on: $111 per day, optional, for post-session processing and integration.

All sessions may include a brief energy grounding or closing ritual as part of the process.

 

3) Scheduling and availability

Core sessions may be scheduled up to 4 per week, with a maximum of 1 session per day.

After-hours and weekend sessions are available by request only and are not guaranteed; pricing is premium and subject to the practitioner’s approval and availability.

If you need to reschedule, please do so as early as possible. Recurrent rescheduling patterns may lead to reassessment of availability and terms.

 

4) Fees, payments, and refunds

Core session: $222

After-hours session: $277

Weekend session: $333

Integration add-on: $111 per day

Cancellations and refunds: No refunds for any core, premium, or integration sessions.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule to another available time if something comes up.

If you cancel or reschedule frequently, we may reassess and adjust terms at our discretion.

 

5) Session structure and notes

Each core session is guaranteed for 90 minutes, with a 30-minute buffer for overruns. If a session runs over, it will not exceed an additional 30 minutes and will not be billed separately.

No post-session notes are provided unless an integration day is purchased.

Closure and integration are intended to occur within the session unless an integration add-on is purchased.

 

6) Scope of practice and disclaimers

Golden Soul Alchemy provides coaching/energetic/spiritual guidance.

This work is not medical or mental-health treatment, nor a substitute for licensed medical or mental-health professionals.

Topics may include a broad range, including trauma and medical themes. Clients are responsible for their safety and decisions.

In case of urgent safety concerns, seek appropriate professional resources.

 

7) Confidentiality and data privacy

We protect your privacy and manage data in accordance with applicable laws and industry standards.

Session notes are not provided unless you purchase an integration day; otherwise, confidentiality is maintained as part of the service.

If there are mandatory reporting or safety disclosures required by law, we will comply as required.

 

8) Communication and boundaries

Accepted communication channels and response times will be defined in onboarding (e.g., email for scheduling, messaging for updates). Normal response times apply unless otherwise stated.

Professional boundaries include grounding practices before and after sessions, and a clear limit on ongoing unstructured support outside scheduled sessions unless an integration day is purchased.

 

9) Intellectual property

All materials provided during sessions (if any) remain the property of Golden Soul Alchemy unless otherwise stated.

Clients may not reproduce or distribute session content without written consent.

 

10) Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement at any time, subject to outstanding commitments and agreed-upon terms.

 

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Golden Soul Alchemy and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the services.

 

12) Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Golden Soul Alchemy operates. Any disputes will be resolved through informal negotiation, and if unresolved, through appropriate legal channels.

 

13) Entire agreement; amendments

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Golden Soul Alchemy regarding the services and supersede all prior discussions.

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify clients as required.

 

14) Acceptance

By booking or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
